One goal for therapy
Go to the Billing & Services page to learn about what insurance we work with and about our billing processes.
For in-network insurance include the name of your insurance and your member ID.
For out-of-network insurance include the following information: does your plan offer out-of-network coverage, do you need a pre-authorization, do you need to pay a copay or coinsurance, and is the coverage subject to a deductible?
We will contact you to schedule a new client call. For the phone call be prepared to discuss insurance, scheduling, and what you are looking for in therapy. We will do our best to get back to you within two business days.
